One desk. Every building.

Announcements, events, room information, cafeteria menus, and campus wayfinding — managed centrally, delegated per building.

University digital signage presenting campus events and announcements

Central control, local ownership

Group screens by building or school level. Each department edits its own screens while the campus team keeps an override.

The end of printed notices

Publish to one building or the whole campus, schedule it to a time window, and let it expire by itself — which paper never does.

Rooms and timetables that stay right

Room displays and schedule boards read from the calendars your staff already keep, so a room change does not fill the corridors with lost students.

Urgent messages campus-wide

One authorised person takes over every screen in seconds, with a record of who sent it and when.

Visitors who find their own way

Campus directories and building routing, so open day does not depend on staff walking families around.

Content that suits the room.

Plain items are included in every plan. Highlighted items are add-on modules, priced per site.

Priced by campus, not by guesswork.

Screens are licensed from $14 per screen per month on annual billing, and campus directory, emergency alerts, and reporting are priced per site. Because campuses differ so much in buildings and screen counts, we quote each one rather than publishing a package.

What teams ask us first.

Talk to our team
Does it connect to our student information system?

No. Room and schedule screens run from calendars or content your team enters. An integration with a student system would be scoped and quoted separately as custom work.

Is this a mass-notification or civil-defence system?

No. Urgent messages are triggered by your authorised staff from the console and appear on your screens. It does not connect to national alerting systems and does not replace one.

Can it show live bus tracking?

No. Transport screens show information your transport team enters. We do not track vehicles.

See it running on your campus.

A 30-minute demo using your buildings, timetable, and announcements, or send us your screen count and we will build a tailored proposal.
